Mental Health & Addictions Counselling
We provide individual and group counselling focusing on mental health, trauma, substance use, and adjustment challenges. Our services include comprehensive psychosocial, risk, and wellness assessments, co-creating care plans that honour client voice and holistic wellness. We also offer crisis intervention, suicide risk assessment, and safety planning using culturally responsive and trauma-informed approaches. Support for concurrent disorders includes harm reduction, relapse prevention, and recovery-oriented care, alongside facilitating therapeutic and psychoeducational groups.
